Can anyone at Sunday River explain how the marketing dept. Can call this a vacation week yet they choose this week to close Jib Park and redo the entire thing? It has been closed for a day and a half and no one I have asked expects it open soon. Whoville is useless (2 rolls, one hump you can barely jump over and one snow bank doesn't cut it and the only other place with any boxes or rails is way over in starlight.Couldn't this major overhaul been done next week?See More

Hi, Living in NH, we've taken advantage of the fact that NH does their Feb vacation the week after Massachusetts (and I believe most other states in the region).   It's great to go the week after everyone else is gone as we enjoy little to no lift lines, uncrowded slopes/parks and no wait to eat.The way presidents day falls this year, my town and most of NH will be having their Feb vacation week the same as Mass....  I can't tell you how bummed I am about this!  I was wondering if anyone…See More

Hi, My family will once again be up for the NH vacation week and, in the past, we've tended to eat supper at the on-site or very close places, like Phoenix, Matterhorn, SR Brewery, Legends, Sliders, etc. I was looking to go into Bethel this year and try some new places.   What would some of you suggest for family casual dining (that is, kids only eat burgers and chicken fingers and plain pasta.... yes, plain...  my youngest eats it dry!  no sauce, no butter, no nothin'  :-)   ) As long as they…See More
