My SR ski-house needs members....Our lease doesn't actually have a start or end date.  It simply says, "from the opening to the closing of Sunday River", which is exactly the time period we want it for.  It's fun to go up in October when the foliage is still out and there is only 1 trail open.  Of course even better is being up there for the last few weekends of the season in late April when we're skiing the soft spring snow in tee shirts.The house costs us $12,000 for the season.  This…See More
