Anyone know what is up with the Cantina?  We noticed the trim is being painted again and the lot next to it has sold and has been cleared?  Big Box Store?  :)

The Firefighter's race is this Sunday, the 27th.  I remember in the past there were all kinds of teams from the Boston area.  What happened??  Tired of losing to the home team?  Well, good news!  The home team is in a re-grouping phase and easy to beat.  We'd love to see you back up here, and you can't beat the deal:  $150 bucks gets 5 people a lift ticket for the whole day.  And you just have to take a couple of runs with a hose...and maybe drink a beer or two.  See More

So, all winter long someone has been bringing these amazing bagels into work.  I kept missing who brought them in so I couldn't find out where they were coming from.  They are sooo good:  A little crusty on the outside, and really chewy on the inside.  I just figured someone had a NY contact, like a bagel of the month club.But lucky for me (and anyone else in the Bethel area) I was wrong.  They are from Cafe DiCoco!!  If you like bagels, you have to try these.  So good!  And right on Main St. …See More

So, something that has always bugged my at SR was the lack of space to pile the gloves, hat, whatever when you head into the bathroom.  But today I went into the South Ridge bathroom and there on the wall was a newly hung basket!!  Thank you!!  (okay, I am easily amused)See More
