We're staying at the Snow Cap, and have young kids, so I can't watch the Pat's 8pm game in the room.

Any suggestions on where to watch and actually hear the game?

There's a band at the Foggy Goggle, so that's probably out.

Depending on the age of the kids, I'd give the Phoenix a try.  Don't know if there is a band there this weekend, but the game room in the back is always a good time and money separator for the kids so the big people can watch the game.

Might also want to check with the Shipyard.  Not sure how late they are open, but might be worth a shot.

Sunday River Brewing just down the access road...last year in the bar area they had the play off games on their TVs and I don't ever remember hearing a band play in there, though I may just never show up when one is playing.

I was gonna suggest the bar at the steak house

They dont do live music at all

The sports Bar up stairs @ Black<> Steak House looks real cool,I checked it out the other day.a few huge brand new flat screens.

The goggle has the most TV's but I wonder how tht works with the Bands.  I usually go to the Phoenix.  Shipyard is another good option.  I may be at both.

Shipyard was always one of the only places that actually had volume on the game.

May have to convince Darrell and his other brother Darrell to postpone Saturday's band until postgame.

Or better, have them play 6-8, then halftime set, then postgame wrap up.

Easy walk/shuttle to most places

A few years ago they did some extra TV set-ups in Sliders and it was a good spot for the game.

Hi all!

We will have the Pats game on both floors at the Phoenix. downstairs we will have it on 8 tvs and pipped through the sound system. Upstairs we will have it on the 17 foot screen with the speakers set up similar to our Superbowl party. We have Timepilots playing that evening. They will play during halftime and then start after the game is finished. Hope to see you there!

Looks good Phil.

HOOK .... LINE...., SINKER

Thanks for biting Phoenix Phil,..

You really are the BEST NFL venue in town,...

(I call 14 seats for SuperBowl party).,.. makes me wanna say:

PS  Maybe the Timepilots can bring us back to the days that Bust&Burn was less of an inconvienence to the resort.
