WANTED Year Round/Long Term Rental
I am looking for a rental in the Bethel area, I am just one person, so it would need to be pretty reasonably priced at $700 or under depending on utilities included. It MUST be pet friendly.
Also,I would prefer something that is unfurnished, or has the option to be unfurnished because I have all my own furniture & stuff.
I have lots of excellent land-lord references that I could supply you with, as well as a full-time year round job with Sunday River & Sugarloaf. I don’t have a huge budget to work with, but am interested in seeing what is available. Please email me if you have any ideas. Looking for something to begin mid July, or Aug 1. at the latest.

I just saw a Facebook post from True North Adventureware that they had a 2 bed apartment for rent. Don't know the details, but you could call them.

Hi, i just built a house on Puzzle Mountain in Newry 10 minutes from SR. Views are all there; with the money-shot being all 8 peaks of SR. if you're interested we can connect and see if there's compatibly. I have a few options. i have both a one BR inlaw (complete) as well as a 3-Bedroom house that I'd look into a room share option with you. (I'm only there on weekends/holidays) The house is in an upscale area and blends in accordingly.
