WANTED Year Round Rental
I am looking for a rental in the Bethel area, either in-town or on-mountain. I would prefer a one bedroom, but would look at studios and two bedrooms as well, as long as it is a year round lease that could start immediately and go through the ski season /through the spring. I am pretty flexible, but it MUST be pet friendly because I do have two small male neutered cats (that are very well behaved and awesome I might add). If this means deep cleaning the carpet at the end of the lease due to allergy concerns I would be willing to explore that route.
Also,I would prefer something that is unfurnished, or has the option to be unfurnish because I have all my own furniture & stuff.
I have 3 years excellent land-lord references that I could supply you with, as well as a full-time year round job here at Sunday River. I don’t have a huge budget to work with, but am interested in seeing what is available. Please email me if you have any ideas.
