I had the honor of lowering the flag to half staff at the Pop Warner field at 8:46 this AM

 

I felt a chill.

Sad day for sure. We were in Acadia as they did the moments of silence on radio coverage. Hard to listen to the family members calling off their loved ones names...very sad. RIP JS..

Watched the memorials this morning, now up at SR taking chondola ride with the fam to soak in the views and reflect on all that happened that day and since. God bless America.

Played in my men's o40 soccer game this AM.  We played Manchester by the Sea (I play for Harvard), and one of our guys brought a flag that we put up at midfield.  Before the game we went out to the center and interspersed our teams and had a moment of silence.  Pretty moving.
