Bethel bike trail?
One of the topics raised in the discussion of SR's vision plan was a bike trail connecting the resort with Bethel. Anyone have any info on progress in this regard?

Plans for the proposed Sunday River-to-Bethel multi-use trail are still a big part of our future vision. Sunday River has worked with the Bethel Trails Committee over the last two years and established the future alignment where the proposed trail will intersect the resort. Once the Bethel Trails Committee finalizes easements and a proposed construction schedule to extend the trail to Sunday River we will then move out of the planning stage and begin construction of a multi-use trail running from the proposed intersection with the resort (located between the Grand Summit Resort Hotel and Access Road) to the South Ridge base lodge. Until then we invite everyone to take advantage of the many miles of official trails and dozens of miles of informal trails, logging roads, and dirt roads that traverse our 11,000 acres.
