You guys see this article in Outside Magazine.  Has to best at least the 5th article about Lance in the past few years....this one is an interesting read....not sure what to make of it or what the author is trying to accomplish....Rippy, please read and provide your usual anti-Lance commentary....first time I have read about Livestrong in such a negative way.  Has no impact on my man crush on all things Lance.....

Frank Schleck abandons Giro.....JB not too happy. FS isn't do much to reverse his image as a whiny, wimp.

Sounds like the Schlecks are on a collision course with their boss.

How many stages will Sitz win in this year's TdF?
Big surprise: FS abandoned...

Either this riff is serious and the Schleck / RS Mgt have serious issues to iron out, or JB is a massively deceptive strategist leading into this year's tour.

The way I see it:
Those guys don't get along, or: they're trying to play some tactic that RS won't be a factor in the Tour.

One thing about it: team radio shack should be well rested and stocked with climbers (AS, FS, CH, etc) come time for the tour. Sounds like Cancellara may be back (although who knows what his form will look like) for the ride as well.

Another note: Levi looked pretty good in the Tour of Cali...given it had been only six weeks since being struck by a car and breaking his lower leg, he looked strong on mt baldy and on his TT bike.
Looking forward to the big event.

How about rodriguez's ride yesterday? Brilliant capture of the maglia rosa

Sitzmark has the Tour de Farce well under control. :)

I did the Tour de North Shore with a few Sunday River Mug Club people on Sunday.  It was an inpromptu ride that I hopped on last minute. They were not people that I previoulsy knew from Barkah and were all very nice.  In conversation I found out that they knew all the same people I know.  Small world....nice ride.  45 miles of ocean views.  We should do a group ride down here Sitz like the last time.  Maybe MB and Wheeler can join once again.

... or "up there" as the case may be. :)
For sure - have talked about another ride so time to do it. North Shore or north of there - either way.

Sitz going to win the Tour de Ebeneezers which is scheduled for Friday July 6th..more info to follow.

Hawk, I am always up for a ride...as long as we end up at Lobstah Land while we are down there...
