Great,  now SteveNob can gloat about having the last remaining Hockey East team in the

Frozen 4 tourney.

Well,.. this ain't exactly college hockey,...., but, I think its my new favorite hockey flick, and has a great soundtrack. Based on Doug "The Hammer"

I think it comes out this week, but it can be found around, since it had a Canadian release already.

ps   look for Tim Thomas at 1:41 of trailer.  ( Great work by Enuffa picking that out during the movie)....oh,.... and it's a little bloody(warning)

How about those Eagles.....6 to 1 over Minnesota ! They should be able to handle Ferris State in the championship game Saturday night, but like they say "that's why they play the game". Tonight's game was almost embarrassing. I thought Minnesota had a really good team and was looking forward to a tight game. I'll bet this is the last time they hold the Frozen Four in Florida (who thought that was a good idea?)....the ice really got soft as the game wore on and slowed it down considerably, as well as giving the puck some funny bounces.

BC wins National Championship 4 to 1 over Ferris State. Haven't seen the final stats but it was a very even game for 57 minutes, then BC scored to go up 3 to 1 and finished with an empty netter. I hope the NHL thinks freshman, Johnny Gaudreau is too small to play, so BC get to keep him for three more years...that kid has eyes on the back of his head and is a very smooth skater and playmaker. He averaged a point a game and was the MVP in the Beanpot and Hockey East Tournaments, as well as a consistent scorer in the Frozen Four...pretty good freshman year.

Congrats to BC, didnt watch the game but they dominated all year.....well done.

Highlight reel goal at a crucial stage of the game.  Fun guy to watch.

He sure is. I just saw that he was the leading scorer on the the team over their 19 game winning streak. Pretty incredible for a freshman...not like he's playing with and against a bunch of mediocre guys.
